Advice on running Windows 2003 Domain controller in windows 2000 Domain

Hello,

I currently have two Domain controllers running Windows 2000. Each also runs
DHCP and DNS. One also runs Exchange 2000 which was the first to run AD in
the Domain.

I also have a member server running Windows 2003 with SQL 2000

One of my Windows 2000 servers will be replaced next week as it has run out
of space, and is over 6 year old.

I would like to install Windows 2003 on this server and move all the files
from the old server to this one. I plan to do this by restoring from tape
backup using Backup Exec.

Would it be possible to make the new Windows 2003 server a Domain controller
and use in the same Domain as the Windows 2000 Domain controller? Are there
any issues that I should be made aware of?

Your advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Alan
