Joining different domains and internet access

I have actually three networks I connect to using MS Windows XP Pro.
This is my work laptop in which I connect to their network domain to
access shares at work and get email through exchange. Another is my
school network which is not on a domain (the room I am in), but has to
have a dns suffix to connect to the internet, and thirdly, my home
network, which is just a workgroup with no dhcp server currently and
has to have manual ip config. The school and home networks have no
dhcp servers and are workgroups (sorta with the school's dns suffix and
proxy authentication) and the work has a dhcp server on a domain. How
am I to switch seemlessly between networks and allow me use one login
profile, but appear on each network and retain IP address information
for each independently. Another thought is multiple logins retaining
different settings for different networks?

For such a complex setup, unless your laptop comes with a multi-network
manager (IBM Thinkpads do), you will find that third-party software
