Java Virtual Machine is Missing?

I can't seem to find a way to download this and some sites keep asking for
it. Is there any direct links for it.
I tried microsoft and it came up with nothing.

Understand that because of a court decision Microsoft is stopping all Java
support, including security updates, in January.
