Java errors in hotmail

I think I have a similar problem that dazza had. However
my problem is that every time I open up hotmail I get
errors with Java. I have downloaded the latest version of
Java and have installed the latest patches for IE 6 to no
avail.

Here is a sample of the errors:

In the status bar I get "Done, but with errors on page."
And when I hold my cursor over a link an email or a reply
button I get a "javascript:G("/cgi-bin/getmsg?
msg=MSG1079663980.21&start=320619&len=52793&imgsafe=y')"
error that is an example

Do you know how to fix this?

Hi Nick - Java and JavaScript are two different things.

For JavaScript: download the latest engine for your particular OS here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/results.aspx?productID=&freetext=jscript&DisplayLang=en
(URL may wrap.) (Get both "Windows Script 5.6" and "JScript 5.6 Security
Patch" for your particular OS.
