Java/byteVerify

My Grisoft AVG picked up a Trojan "Java/BytVerify" this morning. This after
MS anti spyware had run. Should this have been picked up by MS or is the an
AntiVirus problem only? I run both programs automatically every morning so
am not too concerned. I deleted Sys Restore and removed the file.
subsequent check clean.

That is a virus, not spyware. Control Panel -> Java Plug-in -> Cache ->
Clear (and optionally disable). That wipes the cache holding the Java
application that you anti-virus product alerted on.

Unless you are visiting sites to download HUGE Java applets, usually at
work for Java apps retrieved from a work host, disable the Java cache.

Hello, I also had the same thing the first time I was
wondering would you know how to get rid of other Trojans
that the MS AntiSpyware detects. Also MS Antispyware
detects websites that I havent been on. Could you help
me???
