Java/ByteVerify trojan

grisoft.com (AVG) refered me to an article (MS03-011)
after I was infected with the trojan virus
Java/ByteVerify. This article states that the update for
Java Virtual Machine that fixes this vulnerability is
5.00.3810 That is the version that I have, so why did I
get the virus?
