Java/ByteVerify Help!

My AVG picked up a virus called Java/ByteVerify and could not delete it or
put it in the vault. I tried the manual dump of system restore and the web
based Panda anti virus . The files remain infected even though subsequent
scans by AVG show no virus's. I have XP with service pack 2. Thanks in
advance for any help anyone can provide.

when you did your scan with you anti virus program , did
you try it in safe mode ??? Also try >>> ad aware >>
SpyBot S&D
