I have Windows XP Professinal SP2. Everytime I have to re-start my PC it
freezes up at the window that says, "Windows is Shutting Down" and then I
have to hit my Reset button to re-start my PC everytime. Is there anyone that
can help me thaw out this problem?

(This answer probably wont help, but give it a shot, won't hurt) My computer
had the same problem. All I did was go ctrl+alt+delete and selected shut down
and then went restart. went way faster. Hope this helps.
