It Is Now Safe To Turn Off Your Computer

Up until a few days ago my computer used to shut off completely. Windows
shuts down normally but now I get the screen "It Is Now Safe To Turn Off Your
Computer" and have to turn it off manually. Why is this happening and how can
I fix it? Thanks, Bob
