it downloads and leaves me hanging

the download went smoothly, i got a page that told me to
choose RUN from the "file download" box.
i can't find such a box anywhere.
and for what it's worth, "microsoftantispywareinstall.exe"
was searched for, and couldn't be found.

Do a search for MicrosoftAntiSpywareInstall.zip.
Or, download the package again and choose to SAVE it, not Run it.

Close IE and then install it. No need to seek an update as the latest
definitions are included.
