Issue with Task Manager

Just recently I've noticed that when I open the task manager by pressing
ctrl,alt,del - the window opens but part of the window, the upper part that
normally contains the various tabs and the title bar, is missing. This is
bizarre and cannot attribute this sudden change/error to anything specific.
Any one out there have any ideas as to how, if at all possible, to fix this
problem? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you've got it in "small footprint" mode. Double-click on the
border.

Well, the egg is certainly on my face. I tried your suggestion and, sure
enough, you were right. I never knew that this feature of Task Manager ever
existed. I can't thank you enough.
