Task Manager cannot be selected

When i try to open my task manager (either by right clicking the tool bar and
selecting task manager, or CTRL+ALT+DEL and selecting task manager)

the options are greyed out
like:
microsoft.jpg

im not sure how i managed to do this.
Ive also run a virus scan on my computer but the problem is still there

help??

whenever something
doesn't work in normal mode
you can always double check
if the issue exists in safemode
as well.

do you have the same problem
in safemode?

also, try the three combo
ctrl alt del.

i cant imagine how i managed to disable task manager!
