Is Visual Basic 5 compatible with XP?

I used to do a bit of programming in VB5, mostly for fun. I would now like
to start getting back into it. I have the full retail version of VB5
professional. Would it screw anything up in XP if I install it?

I'm on XP home with all latest SP and updates. Thanks.

I would run the setup.exe in compatibility mode (Windows 98 compatibility
option at least).
