Is there a Windows Media Player Resource Kit

I am looking for some information on how to either disable Windows Media
Player or modifying it in order to disable some of the features within Media
Player for a corporate rollout. Basically i would like to disable cd/dvd
ripping, audio, radio search etc... i only would like to have video viewing
capabilities enabled.
