Is there a way to prevent game downloading?

This is my own computer that I bought and I don't want anything wrecking it.
I live with some people who like to use my computer as well but when I'm away
I don't want them playing PC games. Is there a way to prevent PC game CD's
from playing or even dling?

Hi Mazx,

You should setup seperate user accounts for the other people in your home.
Make them limited users on the machine, so they will be unable to install any
software on the computer, including most if not all types of computer games.
