I am running Outlook 2003, and I currently see in my folderlist
1. Mailbox
2. Public Folders
3. Archive Folders (.pst)

I have 23+ archive files, and each archive file, points to folder on this
main folderlist. I would like to create a main folder called archive and
have all my archives listed in that.

Thanks

If the objects in the diffrent folders don't exceed the maximum size for pst
files (4 gigs for 2003 ; 20 gigs for 2007 if my memory is right) , you can
move all items into your "Main" archive pst file and just delete all the
other archive files.
I'd strongly recommand though backing up or burning to dvd the archive pst
regularly if you don't want to loose any data due to file corruption or HD
crash...

Create a "main folder" where? In Windows? In Outlook? You can certainly
create a Windows folder and locate all your Archive PSTs there, if that's
what you're asking. If you mean you want all yor Archive PST roots as they
appear in the Outlook folder list to appear as subfolders of some "master"
root in Outlook, that can't happen.
