how to apply proprties to sub folders

Outlook 2003: I want to change the archive properties on all sub-folders
within a main folder so that all follow default archive settings. I assume
there is a way of doing this without changing each sub-folder.

Thanks. I can see that this does not change the auto-archive setting in individual folder properties but it achieves the objective anyway by ignoring those settings.
