is there a way how to make Outlook2003 use classical design?

Hi,
we would like to upgrade our existing Outlook2000 to Outlook2003 mainly
because of the cached mode feature.
As our users are quite conservative, we would like to make the upgrade
maximally seamless for them.
so, my question is whether there is a way how to enable the classical, say
Outlook2000 style ? i.e. to disable the default sorting of the messages, etc..

txh in advance

I feel for you Roman. I am the Tech Director at a non-profit and ran into
the same issues when we upgraded. Personally, I wouldn't let them go to a
classic feel. I set up trainings each week to teahc them the new setup and
how to navigate through it. The younger people picked it up pretty easily,
but I did have a few of the older staff have some "change issues" (one of
them was still arguing with me about the virtues of Netscape Navigator over
MS Outlook).

My advise would be to struggle through the change with them, offer as much
support as you can, and eventually they wills ee that the new OL is much
better and gives them many more features once they learn how to use them.

About the best you can do can be found here:
