imap question: how to make outlook delete, not put a line through them

Hi,

In IMAP mode, is there any way of getting outlook2003 to move the messages
in to the "deleted" folder when I hit the delete button?

I know the default setting for IMAP is to mark a line through the message. I
heard there should be an option to make IMAP work like pop3 in this regard?
Is that possible?
