Is there a newsgroup, for command-line/text-file administration of Windows / WinXP Pro ?

Hi,

I give up(!) on keeping Windows
safe from internet sabotage.

I'll settle for a directory of
files, setting, or re-setting, the
way WinXP works, from scripts, or
program code.
