Is the a static mapping reference from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 200

[The Outlook Is Bright?]

I am looking for a document that has the fields in Outlook 2000 and what
their corresponding location is in Outlook 2007. I've seen the GUI that you
can hover over a field and it will display the corresponding field, but I
want a listing (mapping) of all fields from 2000 to 2007. Does anyone know
where I can find this?

Which fields are you referring to? You mean the menu and toolbars of Outlook
2003 and the Ribbon of Outlook 2007?
I don't think there is a static mapping.
