Upgrade from Outlook 2000 to 2007

I upgrade from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2007. I have my old PST file for Outlook 2000. Now I have Outlook 2007 and I get a message to upgrade the PST to 2007 PST file. I would like to know how I would upgrade the PST file?.
