Is pwueabad.exe Spyware or Virus?

Pwueabad.exe is in my Windows\system32 folder and my McAffee personal
firewall repeatedly warns me that this program is trying to access the
Internet. I can't seem to find any refernce to it anywhere on the
Internet.

It would be best to boot into Safe Mode, search for the file,
then delete it.

Try installing a spyware program like ad-aware or spybot, see if the
program gets any hits.
