Windows XP Is my win xp laptop problem?

Oh,it's really terrible, I have try to fix this problem the whole day,while I try to reinstall win XP Windows Movie Maker, but I get a message that says "unknown error ", I want to know if I didn't uninstall completely,why i still get the same message. help!

Ok,i used windows movie maker to edit my camera videos to youtube before, it's fine, but recently it's really terrible, so i uninstall and want to reinstall wmm on my xp compter, the same problem, i don't know what to do...
