If BCC, then no. B=blind. Only the sender knows.

You will not be able to determine the "Bcc" recipients. As the name
suggests, "Blind" cc.

Sure, you can [try]. If the recipients are in the To or Cc headers then
obviously you already see those. For any recipients that were listed in
the Bcc header, ask the sender if they wish to divulge to you who were
those blind carbon copied recipients. The sender knows.
