Is it possible to keep outlook synchronized between two computers.

I use a laptop and desktop. They both have outlook 2003 installed and when
I'm at home they are on a wireless network. I would like to be able to have
all of the same outlook info on both and the ability to synchronize if I make
changes (send or receive emails, scheduling) on one or the other. Is this
possible. The only way I've found is to import and export back and forth.
The process makes it not worth trying to keep the laptop up to date. Please
help.
