IPP printing

We have IPP printing setup, Printers are DHCP reserved,
users can install printer from web page. With some
printers, we get the following error message when domain
users try to install printer.... <"Printer Installation
Failed" you do not have enough priviledge to complete
the installation on the local machine>. We use drivers
that are digitally signed. ActiveX settings are set to
disable per Knowledge base article 826978.
Admin are able to install printer, afterward, domain
users can install printer in their profile also. We need
domain users to have ability to install initially.

Really appreciate help on this.

Thanks

Thanks for the site link. Good info found there.
Unfortunately nothing to help my particular situation.
Haven't been able to find any way to allow domain users
to install printers via web (IPP), without elevated
privileges. Some HP's will install, actually most will
install, but not all. Once they are installed by admin
onto machine, then they can be installed by user under
their profile. Trying to eliminate the 'in between' step,
so IS doesn't have to touch each PC to install new
printer.

IF anyone has a way, I would be interested in hearing
about it.

Thanks
