IPOD Manager

My IPOD won't work. Ipod manager loads on startup or
when manually run, then stops without connecting or
seeing ipod.

If I try to reinstall or uninstall sw I get an error:
Internal Failure Error No 0x80040707, the Access is
denied.

Looks like a permissions issue, but I have administrator
rights and it used to work - not aware of any changes.

Any thoughts?

Try the re-install from safe mode. If that doesn't work then perhaps
it would be better to post this message in one of the Apple forums
concerning the IPOD and IPOD software for Windows.
