I have just got an Apple iPod for Christmas and i cannot get the iTunes to
see "My iPod", therefore, i am unable to download. I realise there are
plethora of reasons, however, i am convinced mine relates to XP/SP2. I am
trying my hardest to digest and learn what is going on. The Apple usergroup
site is full of the same problem and i even have had one for two people
suggesting i remove SP2 which of course i refuse to - but surely there is a
simple fix?
I am connecting via USB and using a Sony vio notebook. The frustrating
thing is the first time i installed it worked, then after restarting iTunes
failed to see my iPod. I resinstalled and the same, as soon as i went back
to my PC after install i cannot see my iPod anymore, it must be to do with
SP2 blocking?
Can anyone help me?
