Probably via iTunes. Apple likes to stuff everything in there. See the
documentation of your iPhone or contact Apple support.

But expect Outlook crashes if you synch the calendar using Outlook 2007 or
Outlook hangs with Outlook 2003 until Apple releases the new version of the
ITunes calendar synch addin. I worked with them to fix all their many
Outlook bugs but the new version hasn't been released yet. Until then either
don't synch the calendar (contacts are OK) or expect many crashes and/or
hangs in Outlook.

Actually they released version 7.6 today so who knows? ;-)
I believe it even supports 64-bit Vista (but not 64-bit XP).

Ah, I'll have to check that version and see if it has the fixes I worked on
with Apple.

Yup. It looks like ITunes 7.6 has the new calendar synch addin, and the new
code does solve the Outlook addin problems that were being caused by earlier
versions.

It did not help me. I had two of the IT guys in my office for hours today.
They made sure I had all my outlook stuff updated and my itunes and iphone
was updated and still I get the outlook sync client.exe error. I need my
calendar so bad and if the IT guys can't make it work, then I sure can't.
Three of them have an iphone and theres is working fine.
Any suggestions for me? Thanks a bunch, Sheila

You probably need to visit the Apple itunes forum. Lots of problems with
Itunes 7.6 and it causing havoc for many people, as is the IPod firmware
update.
