For iPhone device on Info page, Outlook data does not appear

My iPhone syncs with iTunes but not with Outlook. On the iTunes Info page
for my iPhone Outlook data is not displayed at all for me to select that I
want my Calender, Contacts, or Notes to sync. A corporate version of MS
Office was installed on my computer by mistake and then removed and then a
standard MS office was then installed. I suspect that the first install of
the corporate version may be the root of the problem

"Corporate version" is unlikely to make a difference. It's all the same
code, just a different installation key.

What version of Outlook is installed? Is the itunes addin listed in
Outlook's addins? (tools, options, other, advanced tab in older versions;
tools, trust center in 2007)
