How does one maintain Outlook 2003 on 2 different computers?

I have 2 laptops, one is a smaller one that I travel with. I sync Outlook to
my iPhone through iTunes. Is there a way to maintain Outlook on both
computers? I am not using Outlook on the travel laptop at this time but would
like to.

It's easiest if you use an imap acct (or exchange server). Otherwise you
need to use utilities or move things yourself.
