ipconfig.exe application error

Greetings

Just these last few days, each time i shutdown i get this error
message

ipconfig.exe application error
This application failed to initialize properly (Oxc0000142)
==============================================

I'm not sure if it's connected, but i installed Nod32 a couple of days
ago which is working fine.
Anyone know what's wrong & how to fix please

Found the answer
Downloaded Spybot S&D1.3 Final
Updated fine & found several probs
I no longer have an ipconfig.exe application error
