IP sharing

I am trying to make internet connection sharing on w2k
machine but no luck yet. Is there a way to make w2k to
share connection? I would like to stay with hardware I
have. From cable modem connection is going to USB port of
w2k box. From w2k to switch, from switch to eth card of
other (rh9) box.
