IP Attached printer

I want to add a Network printer to a WINXP Machine. The add printer wizard
allows me to browse for a printer but it appears to only want to find
devices that are named (UNC). My network server is a Linux box and printers
are IP based. I can find IP printers with WIN9x, Win2000 but XP seems to be
contrary?
 
YOu have to add it as a local printer, but change the port
to a TCP/IP Port, not a local one. Then just type in the
IP address and hope for the best.
