Click Start, click Run and type "cmd", then click OK. In the command prompt,
type "ipconfig /all" (without quotations), you will see your network
adaptor's address and the IP address.
 
start/run type CMD then hit enter. Window will appear type ipconfig then
hit enter. Or go to Start/programs/accessories/CMD prompt, type ipconfig
hit enter.
