Invite an additional person

If I am booking a meeting and there are several invitees and after I have
sent the request I realize that I missed a person. I can open the meeting
request, add the person the list – is there a way of sending the request to
only that 1 extra person or does the meeting request get sent out to all the
people that were previously invited all over again.

If you add the person and select send, you should get a dialog asking if you
want to send to all or only the additional invitee.

Version of outlook? do you have the live maps addin installed? Any other
addins?

If using Outlook 2003 or 2007 with an addin, you may not get the option to
send updates until you restart outlook.
