Brian,

That file is in your Temporary Internet Files cache

Open IE
Tools | INTERNET OPTIONS & click the DELETE buttons...

Better still:

Open a folder
TOOLS | FOLDER OPTIONS | VIEW tab & show hidden files | Click APPLY | OK

Open MY COMPUTER | C | DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS| BRIAN | LOCAL SETTINGS | TEMPORARY INTERNET
FILES

Append a '\content.ie5' to the end of the path:

Example:

c:\documents and settings\brian\local settings\temporary internet files\content.ie5

Press ENTER

Now, you will see a few folders in there. Open one at a time, click CTRL + A (select all),
DEL (delete), ENTER. Click YES TO ALL (including desktop.ini (is re-created by Windows
anyway))
Click UP or BACK to go back to the Content.IE5 folder & open the next one.

You will see that after you've cleaned the cache your error will have disappeared

It is 100% safe to delete all these files

Lastly. SPOOF your e-mail unless you like SPAM
