can't create wite through list

Hl everyone,
I bulit an image with FBWF and RegFilter.then i logged into
the system as admin,then i tried to make a desktop folder as wrote through
list but it didn't helpe me.
The step i followed in my thinclient is bellow

c:\Document and Setting\admin>fbwfmgr /addexclusion c: \Document and
Setting\admin\desktop {enter}

i got error

then i cleard the spaces in "Document and Setting" to "DocumentandSetting"

then i tried

c:\Document and Setting\admin>fbwfmgr /addexclusion c: \Documentand
Setting\admin\desktop {enter}

i got successfull completion.After i reboot it,i created some folder and
file in desktop.Then i reboot it .And logon to thinclient ,i was surprised
ther was no such folder and file which i created in the previous session

what actually going on in FBWF?I think this could be bugs of FBWF.

Could anyone offer me solution for this?

Have you tried putting the path in quotes " "?
