I want to delete a "User profile" containing some windows system i

I'm running XP Professional. I want to delete the following folder in
C:\Documents and Settings\Erik Peters. However, when I try to do so I get
the following warning, "Erik Peters is a Windows system folder and is
required for Windows to run properly. It cannot be deleted.

I already have a separate Administrator, Default User, All Users and Peters
folders already under C:\Documents and Settings\. There isn't a user profile
under Erik Peters and there has never been one. However, when I log in as
the Admin and access My Documents from the Start Menu I am directed to the My
Documents folder under Erik Peters versus Peters Admin's Documents. Opening
the Peters Admin's Documents directly routes me back to C:\Documents and
Settings\Erik Peters\My Documents. There are some (not many) recent files
under the My Recent Documents of the Erik Peters folder.

I believe the problem started a long time ago I was just using one user
account for everything. At the time, somehow I managed to rename an
administration folder to my name (because I wanted to). Later I found out
about user profiles and then created a Peters account and renamed the
original user account as the Peter's Admin account. Now I have this Erik
Peters folder that I don't want, can't delete, can't rename and is somehow
linked to my Peter's Admin account.

Is this an issue I just need live with (messy admin account) of does anyone
have tips for fixing my mess?

Thanks,

Erik Peters
