Invalid E drive

since installing Microsoft Anti Spyware my computer no
longer has the message copy pictures to CD in the
picture tasks. If I try to click copy folder in the
folder tasks and click copy to E drive it either says
invalid E drive or insert disc into E drive even though
there is a disc in there.
But if I burn anything to the E drive using Nero's
burning program that works fine.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME
 
Then the best recommendation would be to remove MSAS from that computer if
it is hampering productivity. It is still early in this beta 1 stage of
MSAS.
 
I have all ready removed MSAS and it didn't fix the
problem. Any more suggestions
