Internet View drop-down menu

Dear Friends:
When I go to my view menu when connected to the internet
and scroll down to source so I can view the html source
code nothing happens. Notepad does not open nor does
anything else. Any way to fix this? Everything else on the
computer is working normally. Any help on this would be
great. Thanks.

Hi,
First, clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content.) It's often recommended that the TIF
folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)

If you have a shortcut to Notepad.exe on the desktop, rename it.

Some people have reported that Quick View Plus can cause this
