Ask in a newsgroup for your application. This one is for the XP OS.
Here is a list of MS public newsgroups: http://aumha.org/nntp.htm

I am really confused, is not this a front page group, if not where is the
front page group? I know it is not a XP issue, and the enquiry is clearly
about Front Page.

Why would you think it's a front page newsgroup when the title is
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general?

I have you a link in my first message to a list of MS public newsgroups.
Front page newsgroups are listed there.

Hi Rock,
Sorry and thanks for the link, I went there and I tried to post my inquiry,
the
following message came up: This message could not be sent. No sender was
specified. Please check your news account configuration.
I do not know what does that mean although I signed the message and I am
already a member. Please advise

Are you posting from the web interface? It's lousy. You don't have to be a
member to post to MS newsgroups. Use a newsreader, XP comes with one,
Outlook Express, but there are others to suite your taste. Here is a link
for how to set up Outlook Express for newsgroups.

It means that you are a moron, and that you are incapable of
understanding basic directions.
