Internet trouble

I am having problems with my internet. Sometimes is works fine, bu
other times it doesn't work at all. For example, I will be on youtub
watching a video and it will load at a normal rate, then I go t
another video and it basically doesn't load at all. Another thing tha
happens is when I'm downloading something, it will start out workin
just fine, and the it freezes. The time doesn't change and the DL spee
is constant. This is happening on a laptop I just bought, and I am usin
a Wireless router. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You may try to reset the IE. This how to may help.
