Internet tools greyed out!!!!

Unable to access tools in Internet Explorer - some areas greyed out - any
help to overcome this.

If you use Spybot S&D, run it in Advanced mode and choose "Immunize". Scroll
to the bottom.
Uncheck the bottom two boxes, or all three. Close Spybot S&D. It may require
a reboot. Try Internet Options again.
