I have a home network set up utilizing a router. Whenever the secondary
computer is on-line and downloading a lot os stuff, the internet spedd on the
main computer goes way down. What can I do to fix this?

main computer goes way down. What can I do to fix this?

Limit the bandwidth of the secondary computer. You are sharing the
bandwidth between the two computers. If one of the computers saturates your
total connection bandwidth, the other computer will suffer a slow Internet.
