internet sites stop loading....

Hi,
i recently installed the anti-spyware software on my com.
since then i have been having problems viewing sites. I
can still connect to the internet, but no sites are
loading. Its always 'page cannot be displayed'. So i cant
view ANY site. I cannot check email on outlook express
either.

i am convinced that the problem came abt due to the
installation, cause when i connect the modem to another
com in my house,on which the software is not loaded, the
internet works just fine and all the sites load properly.

ok thanks, that method solved the problem. The internet
is working fine now. But what changes do i make to the
anti-spyware software so that it doesnt cause the same
problem after future scans?
