"Internet" shortcut

Where is the "Internet" shortcut automaticly created at the top of the
Start Menu physically located. I use Mozilla with profiles and would
like to add the -p switch to this shortcut, but I can't find where it is
physically located and the right-click menu doesn't have "Properties"
