Hello,
I'm using internet sharing with a few machines connected on a network in XP
(Home edition). Although it works fine, I want to make it so that other
machines can access the internet without having to physically go to the main
(server) machine and connect. I realise that I can do this by setting
"Allow other users to connect through this computer's connection". However,
when this is set and the server is switched on, if another machine is turned
on it automatically makes the server connect to the internet. I don't want
this to happen.
Secondly, is it possible for the other users to disconnect from the internet
directly from their machine rather than going to the server and doing it?
Many thanks,
Ian
