Mark Nusbaum

Any recommendations on the best and, preferably, reasonably affordable
internet security programs. Norton/MacAfee or some other? I use XP Home by
the way. Thanks for your help.
 
Hi Mark,
You have a free firewall built in to Windows XP and if you use the
Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (also free) you can secure yourself if
your willing to spend a little time and effort. The analyzer will tell you
common security settings that should be changed and if there are any
patches missing from your computer. And the firewall while free and not
very full of features works great if all you need is a basic firewall.
